Recently,the phenomenon of teen obesity has made a lot of parents and health experts concereed. Why do teens become fatther and fatter?
In my opinion, there are three reasons for this. Firstly,people's living quality has become higher and higher.Families can afford to buy many foods, such as meat,chocolate and other sweet or oily snacks,which might make the kids overweight.Secondly,because of the popularity of TV and computers,and because students have so much homework to do, they are getting much less exercise than before. Thirdly, many teens like fast food and junk food which easily make people become overweight.
In ofder to lose weight and keep healthy,teens should take more exercise.Besides,they shouly have a more balanced diet and eat less fast food and junk food.
