这个句子严格来讲不算强调句型,但也算有强调的意味.It was on the farm where we work 是一个由关系副词where引导的定语从句,在句中作地点状语.如果把on去掉也得用where,试比较有无on 的区别：

用where ，因为work的后面本来还要加on，即work on the farm，由于on 省略，因此用where
