两者的用法如下：表示对过去的推测：might not have done：过去可能没……could not have done：过去不可能……例如：I was not sure where I lost my phone. I might not have taken it with me when I left home.He could not have known the plan because he didn't attent the meeting yesterday.表示对过去的虚拟：在表示虚拟语气的时候意思相似,是可以替换的might not have done：过去就可能不会……could not have done：过去就可能不会……例如：If we left home 15 minutes earlier, we might / could not have been caught in the rain.
