[摘 要]
在课堂教学各环节中,课堂导入首当其冲,是课堂教学的前奏.“好的开头,犹如春色初展.鲜花含露,叫人钟情.”这是教育家董政枢先生在《春觉斋论文》中评价美文的凤头之说,而好的课堂导入与美文的凤头则有异曲同工之妙.一节课的导入恰到好处,便能在开课伊始使课堂气氛变得轻松、活泼,牢牢吸引学生的注意力,使其产生浓厚的兴趣和强烈的求知欲,在心理和知识上做好学习的准备,迅速进入良好的学习状态,从而为整堂教学各项活动的顺利展开奠定良好基础.可以说,恰当得法的导入是课堂教学圆满成功的重要催化剂,往往能使教学收到意想不到的美妙效果.
对于课堂导入的重要性,教育界同仁早已形成共识,许多教师都很重视并精心设计课堂导入,特别是在如今新课程的课堂上,独具匠心、精干巧妙、新颖有趣的导入设计层出不穷,令人欣喜.不过,目前在中学的课堂教学也还存在着不少问题.就课堂导入而言,盲目随意、单调枯燥、机械生硬、冗长拖沓的开课现象还时常可见,低效、甚至无效的导入直接影响整堂课的教学步骤和内容的完成,影响到教学目标的实现.为此,本文重点针对课堂导入的个案分析,注重研究和推介的灵活巧妙的新方法、新手段,总结经验,探索有效课堂导入理论策略,指导教学实践,引领教师专业化发展.

Is concerned, classroom import blindly optional, boring, mechanical curt, long procrastination enrolments phenomenon has often visible, inefficient, even invalid import directly affects the entire class teaching procedures and contents of completion, affect the teaching goal. Therefore, this paper focused on classroom import the case analysis, pays great attention to study the promotion and flexible clever new method, the new method, summarize experience and explore effective classroom import theory strategy, guiding teaching practice, leading the teachers' professional development.
