'd并不是would的缩写,而是had的缩写,had better=最好（是）...
这类句子的反义疑问句,以下两种都正确：
hadn't you?
didn't you?（此时等于把句子看成一般过去时的时态）
但比较通用的还是第一种

You'd better read it by yourself, hadn't you?
因为'd better是had better的缩写，所以反意疑问的时候把had用进去就可以了。
