Following Schematic Design,the Design Development Package will be crafted to more fully define the final design with emphasis on the exterior envelope,and the key interior spaces.The package will be tailored to illustrate certain key details including primary design assemblies,design features and finishes to aid the selected LDI and Contractor in their execution of the design vision and will limit documentation of those areas and elements deemed by the Design Consultant to be nonessential to the design.Those less design-sensitive areas may be more effectively developed by the LDI.
Develop plans,sections exterior elevations,and key details to a design development level.Work with Interior Designer to develop interior materials and finishes.Fine tune exterior material palette and create final image/material boards.
