Well,I have phoned the shipping company quite a few times,but its head Hanna wasn't at work yet and nobody answered my calls,and that's why no contact is possible for the goods delivery.

We have contacted the transportation company many times. Since their responsible person, Hana, still have not come back to work (taking extra personal leaves) and could not answer the phone. We are not able contact them for the pick up.
