1.不考虑词性只看意思的话可以认为是相同的.
2.Not only is she my teacher , but also she is one of my best frends. 这是最常见的顺序.前半句要倒装,后半句but also通常都用在后半部分的开头.

第一个明显错误，good behaviour是名词，意为好的行为，behave well是“动词+副词”结构，意为表现得好。
第二个语序有问题。
应该为：She is not only my teacher but also one of my best friends.
或者：Not only is she my teacher , but she is also ...

1.good behavior是一个固定词组，在我的记忆中高中课文中会遇到，大学里没再出现过，可以翻译为“礼貌”，不等于behave well
2.Not only is she my teacher , but also she is one of my best frends.这样就对了，Not only 前置句子倒装，但是后面的可以不变
