put on强调穿的动词,比如：I put on a new dress.我正在穿一跳新裙子；
wear 强调穿的状态,比如：I wear decently today.我今天穿得很优雅；
have sth on和wear 意思相同,也是穿着的意思,比如：I have a new jacket on.我今天穿了一件新的外套；
