We recently changed over payments to suppliers in China from our bank to a company called Travelex, who purported that they could save us substantial sums on bank charges. The reality of their service level and the mistakes they made on payments including to suppliers we have never heard of reach a pinnacle last week, as they messed up payments to all of our suppliers. We were not only getting a very poor service level, but we had also transferred all of the sums we needed to pay to each supplier to Travelex and we have been having a row with them, because they eventually gave us back less than we had paid them. This has now been rectified, but we have cancelled our contract with them regardless.
