请问现在进行时和过去完成时在一段话中怎么看出来呢?

Jasmine is picking up some toys with her right hand and left hand and throwing them.when she is throwing the toys she is saying:”Man….Man……” the carer is asking her what she is doing,she is not having any replies and continue to throw toys.
Jasmine is making a building with block,the carer is asking her what her is making,she is replying:”I want to make a house for my dad.” I am taking a red block to give her and she is putting it on the top of the building with her left hand,then I am taking a blue block to give her but she is throwing it with her left hand and saying:”Blue is not good…”
两个时态的区别主要看句子结构：
现在完成时句子结构：主语 + have/has + 动词的过去分词（V.pp）
例如：I have had this toy for 3 years.
She has been to Beijing 2 times.
现在进行时句子结构：主语 + be + 动词现在分词（V.ing）
例如：I am doing my homework.
She is sweeping the floor.
