there are many deli that is healthy in the daily life.Such as the vegetibles,the fruits and so on .
For me,I like to eat fruits,such as apple,orange,and the vegebables are:celery.They are all good to our bodies,so we need to eat enough in our daily life.还有 like vegetable ,It is good for our health .I always eat sth which is rich in vitamin and poor in fat.But enough protein is necessary to our body so you can have some milk and chicken.If you are girls,I think ,you had better eat some red meat which can provide you enough ferrum.I thind you should know the reason.
