第一题除that不可用,其他三个皆可.
第二题两空皆填that.第一空that引导同位语从句；第二空前有no,这是that六用两不用的问题：
六用
1.先行词为不定代词或被不定代词修饰；
2.先行词被序数词或最高级形容词修饰；
3.先行词被表示“仅,恰,就”含义的形容词修饰；
4.先行词在否定句中；
5.先行词在there be 句型中；
6.先行词有两个以上,其中既有人又有物.
两不用：
1.逗号后不用；
2.介词后不用.

很明显 ，has been left untouched 说明这个问题没有结果，所以应是if ，联系句意很容易判断。
