同样管理者为主语,某人控制或支配某物或某人.如：

被管理者、被支配的事物为主语.如：
The ward of the hospital is in the charge of Dr.Green.
take the charge of 没有这么用的哦,不需要再加the表示限定了.

前两个为主动，主语为人；后两个为被动，主语为物
