Dear editor,
I am writing in response to the article about the decision which was made by principal of Hill Elementary school to give a toy to the students who earn good grates.I would like to express my thoughts on this matter and personally,I am in favor of this decision.
To start with,students actually need an award to be encouraged to study their schoolwork.Students who are not that good at their subjects will improve in order to get a gift and they will be more confident about themselves .
In addition to that,students who are already good at their schoolwork will be study harder as the other students will improve and quickly catch up.In this way,all the students of the school will earn good grates.
To sum up,I firmly believe that this decision is appropriate and students will be more confident about themselves because they will get a gift on their own by an effort which was made by themselves .
