不是很地道~first做副词来修饰动词的话，更常见是表示“首先”而不是“第一次”的意思，第一次多说成the first time I read~
你可以用不同的句式来表达。比如说，my first reading of xx；I reread xx；the third time I read xx；I read xx again……
