用and连接的两个对象如果表示的是同一人或同一物,则谓语用第三人称单数,否则用复数.因此这三句都应该用are.

这叫就近原则。其实就这一句来讲，我认为用are/is都应该算对，因为英语作为母语使用时两种用法都有。

应该都是is,here be和there be 一样，后面接并列名词时,谓语动词be应与最邻近的名词在数上保持一致。
