wasted过去分词有被动和已经完成的含义,表示（被我）浪费的用来做无用功的日子.
having been wasted不能做定语,只能做状语
which wasted是主动,所以不对.
后面是the day 的定语,你先不要看in doing the useless work!,不是变成the day wasted 了吗?过去分词做定语啊.
