改为:There is a bike over there.那有辆自行车.
There be结构表示"有……"
This is表示"这是...;这..."
因为句中有方位表示词:over there,因此根据句法和句意,将This改为There.句中"a bike"表示单数,因此用is.
楼上的大人，car才是汽车吧??

it is a bike over there.当然这样改句子有了强调的意味，所以翻译成在那里的是一辆自行车（而不是汽车或者别的什么东西）
