in daily life,he is an extrovert and agreeable person,who blends in well his classmates. to my knowledge, he often assenbles his friends together to do outdoor activities or traveling. he is a super fan for mountain-climbing and has been to a copious mount of place. and i believe all this widens his horizons beyond books(or classroom 如果你一定要照搬原文的话).not satisfied with the acheivements in the past,he harbors a dream of further learning in America and seeing the world through his own eyes. i really appreciate his liberal attitude towards the world not circumscribed by where he was born, (and i trust more splendid things are waiting for him ahead his road 如果你喜欢,可以加上这句话）
