应该是B
整句话是They want the job (to be )done by the end of the week.
他们希望在周末之前完成这项工作.不定式作为宾补,这里不过是把to be 省略掉了.是可以省略的这里应该用被动语态,工作是被做的.所以综合以上用done

done是完成时，表示工作做完了。这句话的意思是他们想在这周结束前把工作做完，所以用完成时done而不用to do。
