what 作为连词,相当于 just as 这应该是what的一个生僻用法：
1)A is to B what C is to D.意为：A对于B来说,就像C对于D.
2)A is for B what C is for D. for意为 供……使用,例如：
Pautry is for the Cook what canvas is for the painter.
厨师离不开家禽正如画家离不开画布一样.
3）what C is to D,that A is to B.(1)的变体
