陈述句

而且always在此表示“总是”一般跟现在时
所有疑问句为
do they always have lunch at noon?
如果表示：他们吃过饭了吗?则应该是
Have they had lunch?

have是完成时，你认为后面跟have正确么？这是其一。
第二，根据题意，是问的一个经常进行的动作，这里显然用完成时不恰当。
