possible不能用来形容人，而应该用来形容事情。这句话中，应该是我不能按时到达这件事情 no possible，而不是I am not possible
正确的应该是
It is not possible for me to arrive there on time.

possible之前只能加it is或it's
It's possible (that) I cannot arrive there on time.
或
Maybe, I cannot arrive there on time
