I most want to visit是定语从句,修饰先行词the place.
此定从的关系代词本来可以用 that或which,但由于关系代词在定从中作visit的宾语,因此可以省略.
A中多余了where; B中多余了in ; D中多余了 it .
因此选C.
句意:我从未去过北京,但那是我最想去游览的地方.

where在定语从句中只能作地点状语, where=in which=in the place. 而此题的定从中缺少的是visit的宾语, 而where是副词,不能作宾语的. 不能说visit in the place ,只能说 visit the place . 所以A不正确. 但如把where去掉后,就正确了. I'd like to visit 就是省略了 that或which的定从修饰the place 了.

选C。A选项存在的错误就是，句子差的是宾语，先行词要用that/which修饰，可以省略不写。B选项多了个in. D 选项多了个it.

B项：因为先行词是the place,这里的搭配是 visit somewhere，而不是visit in somewhere,所以B错；
C项：易排除，应为I want to visit the most,比如说最喜欢某物，可以说my favourite... is ...，也可说I like ... the most；
D项：同C ，把it替换成the。

where是关系副词，修饰the place。表示我想去的地方。
因为visit to someplace,表示拜访某地，所以如果用to which的话，B选项也是对的。

C项缺少that或which连接
