Slowly add the boiling water to the flour while stirring.When it has cooled slightly,add cold water and form into a ball of dough which won't stick to your hands.
Add the boiled water into the flour slowly, at the same time stir it. Then wait it until it cools a bit, and add in cool water and make it into a dough but not very sticky.
