1.此题其实就是考查常见的倍数表达句型其中一种而已,其中百分比就相当于倍数词：
倍数词（ten percent）+ 形容词（much）比较级（more）（+ 名词grain）+ than...
即该结构中的比较级形容词如果修饰了名词,则直接把名词放在其后即可.
再如：This desk is three times bigger than you.
I make twice more money than you.
2.much放在比较级前面,表示程度“更...得多”,这样就和前面的倍数词（百分比ten percent）重复了.而且它们一个是概数,一个是准数,有矛盾之嫌.
所以C错误.

如果没有 ten percent 的话 可以用much more
