This year's road race was the best I've ever seen.The race is held yearly,and entrance to the stand is free.It was a cold morning,ang the teams had woken up early to get their cars ready.They had practiced long and it was hard to get here.The race was to start at 11 o'clock,but started late because the track wasn't clean.There was a loud noise when all the drivers left the cars ,then they drove quickly to the starting line.The gun went off,and the cars started.They drove past the stands,and turned a corner onto the second track.On the fifth lap one driver made mistake,and his car stopped dead when it hit something.The race was fast,and all the drivers drove well,but it was clear from the beginning who was going to win:an Australian driver had taken the inside lane and was first place on only the secind lap.Over the rest of the race the others fell behind a long way.It was an easy win for him,and he went on driving round the track for another lap to celebrate his win.虽然有点长,但还请各位谅解.
