求助高手来写一则大学英语课本上的英文通知（房客通知房东准备搬迁）

Mr. XX:
since i decide to move to my new place in Aulilia (i don't know where is that), i am informing you one month before i move out. please prepare to take back the house (i am not sure whether use 'take back' or not, you'd better have a check) by the afternoon on the 30th of April, as well as giving me back my deposits on that afternoon.
