The presumption here is that you are going to graduate from college soon. In general, to find a job that suits you well, you must be well prepared.
First of all, you need to know what you would like to do as a job and what you are good at doing jobwise. Combine these two things and most likely you will find a job that you like to do for a reasonablly long period of time, instead of one which you have no enthusiasm with.
Second, you need a good resume that presents yourself very well, espeically what you can do and your advantages. A good part-time job or inernship experience would be something that makes you stand out. But do not make up one because honesty is way more important than that.
Third, search for the jobs you are interested in and if possible, do some resarch about the positions that are offered and also the employers that offer the positions. Narrow down the list so that you will get a better response rate. Never ever send your application letters and resumes without knowing what the job is about and whether it is suitable for you.
Last but not least, prepare well for the interview. If you get the chance to be intereviewed, the odds of getting the job will increase by 50%, so do not ruin it. Google search and find out what kinds of quetions would be most likely to be asked and what is the best way to answer them. In addition, before you actually start the interview, take a deep breath and don't be nervous.
Above are the factors which I think will determine the result of your efforts in finding a job. Again, always be prepared and I believe success will be at your fingertips.
