这是我朋友和我的照片有三种意思：
1.这是我朋友和我的照片，同一张照片。
This is my friend and me's photo.
1.这是我朋友和我的照片，不同一张照片。
This is my friend's and me's photos.
其他一种就是楼上的情况了。
