I recently bought a digital camera from your shop.When i got home,I discovered scratches on the camera body,and the color of pictures taken indoor are not natural.So I decided to take it in for an exchange at your shop.
To make things worse,I have lost the receipt for the camera and your salesperson therefore denied my request for an exchange or a refund.
I am hoping that you could help me to resolve this matter.
