1. either (两者之中)任何一个, both 两者都, 这里side 是单数,所以用either.
2. 不可以. it 是指代的 the weather in Shanghai 上海的天气,整体部分.所以不行.
3. none 通常用作代词,后面无需加名词,意思相当于 no +名词.这里相当于 no bread.
因为后面还有其他的东西cake,而 nothing 表示什么东西都没有,所以不用
