immediately on/upon 是常用搭配！
after也不能算错，但是习惯上如果用after就应该是 after completing the test，或者加上介词 after the completion of the test。这更多是个语感的问题，没有原因。
upon 解释为当。。。时候
这也就很好的诠释了你为什么选错了

immediately on/upon 是常用搭配！on和upon一个意思，可以互换
例句：
