Do you think surfing on the internet can help you?and how?

As a teenager,probably you cannot do any thing without internet.However,you cannot say"we can get anything we want from the internet".
There are no unconditional thing in the world.Anything requires a scale,including surfing the internet.For example ,if you are obsessed with playing games without any studying.
