这里选take,还记得有一个句型是：it take sb some times to do sth,花费某人时间做某事.
所以一般花费时间,用take,而cost是指值多少钱；spend主语是人,某人花了多少时间（这里主语是物）pay是偿还,支付的意思,不合题意；

take,某个事作主语的花费时间一般用take the time,cost一般指物作为主语金钱花销，如It costs me 2 yuan, spend指人或钱作主语的花费，如he spends 5yuan to buy a book, 也可表示花费精力，pay一般与for连用表示付款。
