不可以,因为主语是目标,而目标所涉及的动作,状态肯定是说话以后的事, 在英语中表示说话以后要怎么样一般用不定式,即to do sth
再如：
我的目标就是考取北大
My goal is to be admitted to Beijing University.
为什么I think being happy is more important中用being?
这里不涉及“将要.”这个时间关系 ,用以表示对幸福的认识
