IS a tutor necessary?
In my own opinion,it's necessary to own a tutor for ourselves.
Because a tutor is usually a person who is older than us,they have the higher experience on the knowledge we never have before.They can show us their ability to deal with the difficulty we met during our study.They will be quite effective for us to solve the problems.
If we have a tutor,then we can have a face-to-face communication witheach other to exercise my oral English.
