there is 就是客观的“有”的意思.be going to 是表示将来.
B错,be rainy.there be 句型是没有系表结构的,所以不能用rainy.
C错,道理同B,there be 没有系表结构.
D错,there be 就是 “有”的意思,have 也是“有”的意思,意思重复.
所以只能选A
