1.这里others是相应于some的,句子的对仗（或者说语感）能帮助你选择B.
2.这里问的是“有多少农民有他们自己的房子”,强调一个“归属”的意思,所以只能选A,他们自己的.theirs在语法上没有问题,但是在语意上有点缺失.
有either of 的说法,当面临两个中的任意一个时,可以用这个.比如“You can choose either of these two ideas.”你可以选择这两个主意中的任意一个.（这个有下面的参考资料为证）

1.如果前面用some ones，答案就是A。前后要相对应。
2.their own意为他们自己的，有their's 这个用法么？
theirs应该不可以吧
没有either of，只有either or~
