I am not able to copy or burn the DVD.Because the DVD does not read and write,but it is able to play the movie.Maybe this DVD is in the protection of copyright.I am sorry to say I am not able to burn this DVD.

应该改成：I am not able to copy nor burn the DVD because the DVD is not writable. However, it is able to play the movie. This DVD is probably under the protection of copyright. I am sorry that I am no...

dvd能不能读写要用被动语态，它自己是不会读写的，都是被读写。所以要用couldn't be read and written.

要说DVD读不到或无法刻录
用cann't / couldn't 不能用 doesn't
the movie可以删除
to say 改为 that
this DVD 改为 it
