(把窗子等)放下关下,[机](使)机器等关闭,停车
其实我觉得C也可以,答案并不是唯一的.学英语不可以太死板哦

应该是shut down
shut off是关掉、切掉的意思，一般都是shut off sth,人做主语的比较多。
shut down指机器关闭的意思，用在这里比较妥当，e.g. The computer always shut down itself.
shut up是闭嘴的意思。

机器用on/off 表示启动/关闭, 所以是B
