First of all,I feel sorry about that,and I want to say: NO,your friendship isn't over.As long as you apologize to him as I say.
I suggest that you should try to be honest.You must make him know you realy regret having a quarrel with him.Just say sorry to him honestly,I believe he could understand.
If he still pay no attention to you,I think he must be very disappointed in you .But you can't give up,you must hold on,If you still need this friendship.Time will take everything away.I belive you will be friends again.
