TodayI‘d like to talk about the importance of study in a library when we can read online.
Read online just likeeat fast food.
这是一篇Is library still useful at a time when we can read online的演讲稿中的两句话，自己写的，想知道有没有问题

第一句的when错了,应该可以改成where或which?
第二句的Read改为Reading.

可是打在文档里之后第二个句子它没说有错啊

第二个句子里Read是动词，只能做谓语而不能直接做主语，但这样一来就缺主语，所以要化为动名词Reading作主语。 百度不一定准啦~~~呼呼~~~

有点混乱呢。。。 如果是演讲，不妨分两个句子写，比长句更容易让人听懂。

第一句话后面的when we can read online有些意义不明
这里前面TodayI‘d like to talk about the importance of study in a library已经是完整意义的句子了
如果想要表达 在读书馆读书比网上阅读要重要的话，可以说：
