为什么选B,不是从句一定要陈述语序吗,B好像是现在完成时的疑问语序吧
还有Could you tell me how many people have been out of hospital?
这句话也是用的疑问语序吧

如：

C 的结构是how to do something,这个也是不定式的一个结构.相当于how we should protect our environment

那C这句话的主语是不是就是HOW相当于HOW WE呢？只不过我们这个词被省略了？
