we all have pressure these days, but we should learn how to deal with them.
For me, when i feel stressed, i often listen to music. music really helps me relax. And i also turn to my parents and friends for help. I can tell them my trouble and they can help me a lot.
I think pressure is not always a bad thing. it can help us get more motivated and energitic. but we can't feel overwhelmd by it. so learn to release you pressure while having a good control over it.
