上面两句有什么区别
He is the man who/that came here last week.
The man who/that is standing behind the counter.
如果将代词拿掉改成下面两句可不可以
He is the man came here last week.
The man is standing behind the counter.

第一个是他遇到了谁?第二个是谁遇到了他?who在第一个里做宾语.在第二个做主语.
第一个不可以.因为这是定语从句.man 是先行词.关系代词在从句中做主语.这时是不可以去掉的.
第二个可以.句子的成分不缺少.

不能把介词拿掉,因为who that是连接词在从句中作主语
