As we know, health is more important, sports can keep ourselves healthy and strong. What more, It is very important to exercise and eat the right kind of food to keep health. You needn’t spend all day doing exercise ,you can keep yourselves fit. Such as, walking to school, cleaning the house or riding a bike.but many people forget these simple and easy ways to keep fit.. Such as running, swimming and playing basketball. They make you feel relaxing. They also help you do better at school. Because we become closer to nature which will help us keep a clear mind in thinking.英语演讲稿
