答案选：B
不过我不明白.这道题考察的是代词,that of my brother=the one of my brother .如果把A项中的one 换成 the one 就可以了. 为什么呢?

根据意思,above后面要跟一个特定、特指的事物,所以one肯定不可以,the one可以；
that of .也是个很常见的用法,可以理解为that (flat) of my brothe

one “一个”， 是泛指 比如 You know you want a football, I will buy one for you tomorrow. 我明天给你买一个，具体买哪一个，不知道。

老大 句子说就住我上层，那肯定特指啊，one做代词绝对不可以特指的。可以换做the one
