Conflicts and misunderstandings can be found everywhere in our daily life.Almost everyone take it for granted and little people will find the reasons and the keys to this problem.
As far as I am concerdered,the lack of communication is the most important reason.People don't have enough communications with each other and only guess what others think by themsleves,it is easy to see that the problem is easy to take place.
I don't think there are somebody I hate or can not bear.Though sometimes they really make me feel very angry.Usually,when I meet such position,I will calm myself down first.Then I will analyse the situation carefully to find where I was doing something wrong.At last,I will tolerate others mistakes and tell myself I also did something that hurt others.Finally,I will apologize to him or her and we can get well with each other as usual.
As the saying goes:If we all retreat one pace,the sky will be bright and blue.If we meet such occation,we should tolerant others as the steps I take.If everyone doing like this,the world will be more and more beautiful.
